We would like to announce that the "Referral" rules of Z.com Research has been renewed, effective from 1st July 2023.

With the release of new Referral rules, we offer high reward in LIMITED TIME for the referral registration within 1st July - 30th Sep 2023. This is a great opportunity to earn up to total of 300 points (worth 3SGD) for both referrer and referred person respectively.

In accordance with the new Referral rules, both referrer and referred person can enjoy higher reward. After Sep 2023, the referral reward will be lower, so let's grab this opportunity to earn more points within these 3 months (Jul - Sep)!

Before renewal:

Rewards
- 100 points (worth 1SG) for referrer (who invites someone)　　
- 30 point for referred person (who being invited and new registered)

Conditions
Your referred person 

1. Registered completely
2. Answered at least one survey
3. Earned 200 points

After renewal:

*The high points reward as stated below is limited time offer and valid for the referral new registration from Jul to Sep 2023 only.

Rewards
For referrer (who invites someone): Total of 300 points (worth 3SGD) 
Level 1: 200 points
Level 2: 100 points

For referred person (who being invited and new registered): Total of 300 points (worth 3SGD) 
Level 1: 50 points
Level 2: 250 points

Conditions
Level 1: Your referred person

1. Earned 200 points by the end of the 3rd month after registration.

Level 2: Your referred person

1. Answer 15 surveys by the end of the 3rd month after registration. 
2. Final response date at the end of the 3rd month after registration.

The deadline to complete the above mission of Level 1 & 2 and get reward are at the end of the 3rd month after registration.

Point granting requirements and deadline for new "Referral" rules and old "Refer friends" rules

Please check the details below to make sure you are clear on the implementation of new "Referral" rules and old "Refer friends" rules during the transition period.

New "Referral" rules

The new Referral rules (rewards & conditions) are applied to the new registration via referral from July 2023 onward. The stated high reward points are valid for Jul - Sep 2023 registration only and it will be changed after Sep 2023. The first point granting based on new Referral rules will be in Aug 2023.

The new Referral rules in Z.com Research app is not updated yet and to be updated in the near future. Please note that the latest referral rewards and conditions, effective July 2023, shall be in accordance with the new Referral rules that are stated on the web version.

Old "Refer friends" rules

For referral registration before 1st July 2023, the reward and conditions are still based on the old "Refer friends" rules. The deadline of claiming reward will be until end of Aug 2023 only.
For those invite someone before Jul 2023, please take note on the deadline for claiming the reward.

If your referred person has registered before Jul 2023 but yet to achieve the conditions that required based on the old "Refer friends" rules, we will give a timeline until end of Aug for the referred person to achieve the conditions.  Old "Refer friends" reward points will be granted to you latest by Sep 2023 after your referred friend achieve the conditions and being approved after our verification. We regret to inform that if your referred person who registered before Jul 2023 failed to fulfill the old "Refer friends" rules by the end of Aug, your referral will be invalid and no longer can claim for referral reward anymore regardless old rules or new rules after Aug 2023. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
