We are pleased to inform that today we have added a new points exchange channel - PayNow. 
Points exchange to PayNow start from as low as 1,000 points.
PayNow exchange is available on website only for now and will be added to the mobile apps soon!

Please refer below for more information when exchanging points to PayNow

• The amount will be transfered to your PayNow account, associated with your name and mobile phone number. You must ensure that your PayNow account is valid, and registered name and mobile phone number in Z.com Research is accurate and match your PayNow account.
• All transactions will be conducted in Singapore Dollars (SG$)
• Any discrepancies between your registered information in Z.com Research account with PayNow account details may result in failed transactions.
• If a transaction fails due to inaccuracies or errors in the mobile phone number or PayNow account details provided by you, additional charges may apply for reprocessing the transaction.
• Z.com Research reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate this exchange service or these Terms at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any significant changes.
