With a mix of gratitude and sadness, we would like to inform you that Z.com Research Singapore will discontinue its website operations at 4:00 PM (Singapore Standard Time) on February 27, 2026.

Your loyalty, participation, and trust have been the cornerstone of our success.
We are deeply thankful for every survey you have completed and every valuable opinion you have contributed to our research journey over the years.
We truly cherish the time and experiences we have shared with you.

After 4:00 pm. on February 27, 2026, all services will be terminated.
Members will no longer be able to log in, participate in surveys, redeem points, or submit inquiries through the website.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we go through this transition.

 

■ Point Redemption

For members with sufficient point balances (minimum redemption threshold: 470 points),
we will continue to accept redemption requests until the closure time.

- Requests submitted in January 2026 will be processed within the first five (5) working days of February 2026.
- Requests submitted in February 2026 will be processed within the first five (5) working days of March 2026.

Deadline for Redemption: Until 4:00 pm on February 27th, 2026

Please make sure to redeem your points before the deadline.
After this time, the Z.com Research Singapore website will be permanently closed, and point redemption will no longer be available.

Note:
Once your point redemption is successfully processed, your voucher will be sent directly to your registered email address.

■ Handling of Personal Information

All personal information held by Z.com Research Singapore will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
After the complete termination of the service, all personal data will be securely deleted in compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures.
